The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP), Contract and Grant Administration (CGA), and Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) will be observing MSU’s 2025 winter break from Thursday, December 25th, 2025 through Friday, January 2nd, 2026. OSP/CGA/SPA staff will not be working during this time and actions requiring our involvement (e.g. proposals, RPPRs, etc.) must be submitted to the appropriate office by noon on Friday, December 19th, 2025.

The SPA Fall 2025 Newsletter is Available!

The Fall 2025 issue of the SPA Newsletter is now available! In this issue, we share important updates and resources to support MSU’s research community, including information about OSP’s non-FDP subaward process, research security certifications, disclosures, and trainings, and guidance on charging salary to NSF-funded projects.

We also celebrate excellence through the 2025 Quality FIRST Award recipients and the Fall 2025 Research Administrator Spotlight Awardee and announce upcoming training opportunities with the 2026 ERA course schedule.
