OSP/BC BUDGET APPROVAL PROCESS
OSP and BC have adjusted our budget approval process to include a note in the Attachments option indicating our approval of the project budget. Please keep in mind that the version of the budget that is routed with the PD may not be the version of the budget that was approved. OSP/BC will confirm that the correct version was routed when the PD is at our level of approval. As a reminder, any changes to an approved budget should be re-reviewed and approved by OSP/BC prior to routing the PD.
Note: This process is only for budgets that are reviewed and approved by OSP/BC.
KNOWN ISSUES IN KR: 6/10/22
We do not have any new systemic issues to report. Please continue to reach out to the KR Helpdesk when you run across any errors, issues, or to provide other feedback on the system.
ISSUES THAT HAVE BEEN FIXED
The following issues have been fixed in KR:
- Slow Performance – We found that when certain searches were being executed and there were no results, that the system would get bogged down trying to find a search result. We have corrected this issue, which should improve system performance. If you continue to experience slowness in the system, please contact the KR Helpdesk.
- Timeout changing to 120 minutes – We have adjusted the timeout timeframe from 60 minutes to 120 minutes.
