Budget Summary Option - Defaults To Expand All

We are working on changes to the Budget Summary option to help with a better user experience. As part of the first phase, the system now defaults to an Expand All view. Previously, the system default was to collapse all of the line items. This was challenging, because after expanding and saving any changes the system would return to a collapsed view

In the second phase, if users have collapsed certain line items within the Budget Summary option, after clicking [Save], the system will retain the collapsed view for those specific line items.

Apply to Later Periods Feature Is Fixed

Within the Personnel Option the Apply to Later Periods button at the Object Code level (i.e. within Details and Rates) is now working correctly. For example, if you add a second graduate student to your budget, you can click the Apply to Later Periods button from within the Details and Rates popup window, and the graduate student will be added to the outer periods.

Also, the Apply to Later Periods feature is working for the Summary option in Personnel.

Error for Non-domestic Addresses Has Been Fixed

KR was throwing an error when adding Performance Site’s or Key Persons with a non-domestic address that did not include a Zip Code. This has been corrected. There are many non-domestic addresses that do not have a zip code and should not be prompting an error in the system.

List of KR Priorities Is Now on System Implementation Webpage

We have added a new section on the System Implementation webpage for "Priority KR Fixes and Enhancements". This is intended to give users an idea of the fixes/enhancements that are higher priority for implementing. This is not an exhaustive list, and the list may be adjusted for new issues that arise that are a higher priority.
