Update on Late and At-Risk Notification Emails
In Issue 36 we informed you of new functionality that allows the OSP Proposal Teams to send Late and At-Risk notifications to the PI and the initiator of a PD document through the KC system. We had hoped to include this functionality in the system and start sending these emails beginning the week of July 9th, however we have had to postpone to perform some additional testing. Our revised plan is to add the new functionality on July 20th and start sending emails from the system the week of July 23rd. We apologize for the delay. Until the customization has been added to the system we will continue with our past procedure for sending Late and At-risk notifications.
Grants.gov Maintenance Outage
The weekend of July 21/22nd Grants.gov will be undergoing routine, scheduled maintenance. During this time you will not be able to search for or retrieve Grants.gov opportunities from the S2S tab in the Proposal Development module. If you’ve already retrieved an opportunity from the S2S tab you will be able to use the system as you normally would. The maintenance window is as follows:
