The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP), Contract and Grant Administration (CGA), and Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) will be observing MSU’s 2025 winter break from Thursday, December 25th, 2025 through Friday, January 2nd, 2026. OSP/CGA/SPA staff will not be working during this time and actions requiring our involvement (e.g. proposals, RPPRs, etc.) must be submitted to the appropriate office by noon on Friday, December 19th, 2025.

Presidential Executive Order 12372 Information

As of July 1, 2018, the State of Michigan and The Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG) acting on behalf of the State, no longer participates in the clearinghouse review process for federal grants. See http://semcog.org/Clearinghouse-Review for additional information.

For the SF-424 form question “Is Application Subject to Review by State Under Executive Order 12372 Process” should be checked "No" then select the appropriate follow-up response.
